- Estimating & Bidding: Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, and technical scopes of work for contractor bidding.
- Contractor Oversight: Direct electrical subcontractors, review submittals, and level bids for technical compliance.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular walk-throughs to verify that installations match engineering blueprints and local codes.
- Testing & Commissioning: Perform safety checks, insulation testing, and system commissioning before final handover.
