About the Role

We are looking for a curious and analytical Junior Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will work with real-world datasets, perform data analysis, build machine learning models, and support data-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify meaningful patterns and trends.
- Clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build and evaluate basic classification, regression, and clustering models.
- Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and prepare data for analysis.
- Create meaningful visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
- Apply statistical techniques and perform hypothesis testing.
- Support feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.
- Assist senior data scientists with model tuning,



documentation, and research.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong fundamentals in Python, Statistics, and Data Analysis.
- Hands-on knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and data preprocessing.
- Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and solve problems logically.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Exposure to NLP, time-series analysis, or deep learning.
- Academic, internship, or personal projects involving real-world datasets.
