Role Description The Junior Digital Marketing Intern is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position supports the marketing team in executing digital campaigns across social media, search, and e-commerce platforms, with a focus on the Amazon marketplace and brand awareness initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in content creation, scheduling and monitoring social media posts, collecting and analyzing basic web analytics data, and helping optimize online marketing activities.





The intern will collaborate with team members to research trends, prepare performance reports, and contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness. This role provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing tools and techniques in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing tools and platforms, and support campaign execution.
- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and interest in learning best practices across channels.
- Basic skills in Web Analytics, including interpreting traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon preferred) and social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; basic knowledge of design or content tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
