- Create a brand identity and overarching story
- Create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
- Ideating and creating campaigns, copy and content that tie in to the above strategy
- Managing and guiding the day-to-day activities of the content creation team
- Executing tasks with the content creation team at large, and working closely with the design and production teams
- Ensuring QC is carried out and that all assets meet a high standard
- Measuring and reporting campaign performance
- Managing Online Reputation and community management
