Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our F&B; team. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining excellent guest service, bar hygiene, stock control, and beverage standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and other beverages according to standard recipes.

- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.

- Welcome guests, take beverage orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

- Maintain complete bar mise-en-place, including garnishes, ice, mixers, glassware, and ingredients.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, storage, and service area.

- Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the Bar Manager/Supervisor for replenishment.

- Follow FIFO, proper storage, and stock rotation procedures.

- Conduct daily opening and closing duties.

- Maintain accurate stock usage and minimize wastage and breakage.

- Ensure responsible handling and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

- Handle bar equipment safely and report any maintenance requirements.





- Coordinate closely with the service, kitchen, and management teams.

- Follow all company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

- Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude with guests at all times.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, bar, café, or similar F&B; establishment.

- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, mocktails, and beverage service.

- Strong knowledge of bar operations and inventory control.

- Good communication and guest-handling skills.

- Good knowledge of hygiene and food-safety practices.

- Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and qualified.

- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
