Paradox Media Systems is a US-based performance marketing company enabling digital monetization at scale across lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing.

THE ROLE

As a Jr. Performance Marketing Associate you will support the day-to-day execution of campaigns across Meta, Google, and Native ad platforms - working on rapidly evolving digital monetization opportunities. This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who enjoys moving quickly, learning fast, and seeing their work directly impact performance metrics.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an execution-focused role. You will work alongside senior team members across the full campaign lifecycle, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns.

- Support research into competitor data, keyword opportunities, and emerging trends to help identify new digital monetization opportunities.
- Build and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and Native ad platforms.
- Build, maintain and optimize landing pages/funnels using AI-tools.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and escalate anomalies, policy issues, or spend irregularities promptly.

You will build a strong foundation across multiple ad platforms and learn how digital monetization funnels are built, optimized,



and scaled profitably. There will be a explicit path to greater ownership as you grow.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Must Have:

- 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing. Internships, freelance work, and personal projects will be considered.
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to follow direction accurately and execute quickly.
- Degree/certificate in digital marketing or related field.

Nice to Have:

- Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Native ad platforms.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, URL parameters, or Google Tag Manager.
- Experience using AI tools for design, research, and workflow automation.
