Role Description The Junior Associate will support litigation and advisory work across various courts and tribunals, including drafting pleadings, applications, and legal opinions under supervision.

Responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing case law and statutes, preparing case notes, and organizing documentation for hearings. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal team members to collect facts, prepare case summaries,



and ensure timely filing and compliance with procedural requirements.

The Junior

Associate will attend court hearings as required, assist in case preparation, and maintain accurate records and case files. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.

Qualifications

- Solid legal research and analytical abilities, with capacity to interpret statutes, case law, and procedural rules.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, including petitions, affidavits, written submissions, and basic contractual documents.
- Effective oral and written communication skills for interaction with clients, colleagues, and court officers.
- Sound organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council of India or eligibility to enroll.
- Interest in litigation and dispute resolution before courts and tribunals such as High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT, and consumer forums.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate professional integrity, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in English; working knowledge of local languages and prior internship or experience in litigation practice is an advantage.
