The position is part-time with the potential to become full-time .
Responsibilities Include
- Architectural drafting and construction documentation
- Plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
- 3D modeling/rendering and presentation materials
- Research, organization, and project coordination
Qualifications
- 1+ year of residential architecture experience
- Strong architectural drafting experience and excellent AutoCAD skills
- Experience with 3D modeling/rendering
- Strong Excel skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined
- Pleasant, team-oriented, and reliable
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
