Job Title: Junior Art Director

nWe are looking for a creative and visually driven Junior Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in visual communication, conceptual thinking and design, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling creative work across platforms.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and brands.
n
- Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors and other teams to develop integrated campaigns.
n
- Create visual concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations.
n
- Adapt creative ideas across digital, social, print and other media.
n
- Stay updated on design, culture, trends and emerging visual formats.
n

nWhat We’re Looking For:

n

n




- 0–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising/creative environment.
n
- Graduate from a recognised Design/Art school with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Art Direction or a related discipline.
n
- Solid portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
n
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour and design principles.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
n
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
n

nEducation is a key requirement — candidates from recognised design schools/institutes will be preferred.
