Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Gurugram.

The Junior

Architect will support the design and documentation of healthcare, industrial, hospitality, and residential projects, working under the guidance of senior architects and project leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting in concept development, coordinating with engineering and clinical planning teams, and contributing to design presentations. The role involves maintaining design standards,



supporting integration of building systems, and helping with design revisions based on stakeholder feedback.

The Junior

Architect will also assist with basic project coordination tasks, such as organizing documentation, aligning timelines with project managers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of construction drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows, such as proficiency in BIM tools, CAD software, and the ability to integrate design information across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic scheduling, coordination with consultants, documentation control, and attention to timelines and quality standards.
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong technical drawing skills are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualified qualification, with knowledge of building codes, sustainability principles, and healthcare or institutional design, is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams are essential.
