- Junior Architect

Location : Hyderabad

Experience - 3+yrs

CTC - 5.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- To assist in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, reports, etc.
- To assist in conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making illustrations/ sketches preliminary to the preparation of presentation.
- To review construction drawings to ensure they meet building codes and regulations.
- To Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other software programs.
- To assist in preparation of design development drawings, statutory drawings,



approvals drawings, GFC’s, etc.
- To assist in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.
- To reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by consultant architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.
- Works in tandem with highly team-oriented multi-discipline design teams.
- Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

Qualifications

- B.Arch is mandatory
- LEED / IGBC certification will be an added advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit
- Strong communication skills
