Role & responsibilities

- Drafting & Documentation: Create accurate technical drawings, floor plans, and blueprints using CAD software.

- Design Support: Assist in developing conceptual designs, physical models, and digital renderings for client presentations.

- Project Coordination: Help compile project specifications, reports, and building permit applications under senior supervision.

- Site Visits: Conduct occasional site measurements, field verifications, and progress observations.

- Code Compliance: Research local zoning laws and building codes to ensure designs meet regulatory standards

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Architecture.

- Software Proficiency: Robust working knowledge of AutoCAD and Structural Drawings and Graphic.

- Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, time management, and a willingness to learn under mentorship
