Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in concept design, design development, and architectural presentations.

- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation under the guidance of senior architects.

- Develop 3D models, visualizations, material palettes, and presentation drawings as required.

- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and site teams for project-related information.

- Assist senior architects with drawing coordination, revisions, documentation, and project deliverables.

- Participate in site visits, measurements, documentation, and resolution of site-related design issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2 to 4 years of relevant architectural experience, with a B.Arch degree preferred.

- Strong design sensibility, creativity, and understanding of architectural fundamentals.

- Good understanding of architectural drawings,



materials, construction methods, and detailing.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Revit/BIM and visualization software would be an advantage.

- Ability to translate design concepts into clear drawings, models, and presentations.

- Good visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a rapid-paced, multidisciplinary studio environment.

- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.

- Strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, and commitment to design quality.
