Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of architectural projects, working closely with senior team members to develop concepts, drawings, and detailed documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing 2D and 3D design presentations, assisting in construction drawings, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to material selection and specifications. The role involves participation in site visits, understanding project constraints, and helping ensure design intent is maintained through execution.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon,



requiring active collaboration with the project team and stakeholders throughout the design and build process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of drawings.
- Candidates should possess relevant software-related skills, such as proficiency in architectural design software and basic understanding of Integration with visualization or documentation tools.
- Candidates should possess foundational Project Management skills, including task coordination, time management, and the ability to support project documentation and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and presentations.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and with external consultants.
- Interest in interior design, turnkey solutions, and end-to-end project delivery will be an advantage.
