Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and delivery of architectural projects, working closely with senior team members on residential, commercial, and resort developments. This full-time, in office role is located in Indore and involves assisting with concept development, detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on spatial planning, preparing design documentation, coordinating with consultants for MEP and structural inputs, and participating in site visits to monitor construction progress.

Architect will help ensure designs align with client requirements, local regulations, and project timelines, while maintaining accurate records and updates for project management and reporting. The role also involves learning firm standards, contributing creative ideas during design reviews, and supporting smooth communication between the design team and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of drawings and 3D models.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Project Management, including documentation, coordination with consultants, and support for scheduling and progress tracking.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Integration between design and MEP/structural inputs, ensuring coordinated drawings and attention to buildability.
- Candidates should possess comfort with relevant Software Development and digital tools, such as CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), 3D visualization tools, and productivity applications.
- Relevant additional qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent discipline, knowledge of local building codes and regulations, strong visual and technical communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced project environment.
- Attention to detail, willingness to participate in on-site work in Indore, collaborative mindset, and interest in luxury and resort design are highly beneficial.
