About Jadro Steel

We design and build LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Frame) and steel structure buildings: homes, offices, site buildings and more, for clients across East and Northeast India. We're a close-knit team that likes solving real problems, and we're looking for a Junior Architect to grow with us.

Ever wanted to see your layout go from a SketchUp model to a real steel building in a few weeks? That's a regular week here. It's hands-on, you'll learn fast, and no two projects are the same.

What you'll be doing

- Handling enquiries that come in from our in-house digital marketing team
- Understanding exactly what the client needs by talking to them and asking the right questions
- Studying the client's plan in detail, or making a fresh layout based on their requirements
- Working out the project costing and sending the offer to the client
- Following up with clients on technical questions and giving them clear answers on the architecture
- Attending our regular video calls with our structural engineer in Pune to finalise the structural design, and over time running these meetings yourself
- Checking the final drawings once they come in, and flagging any discrepancies

What we're looking for

- 1 to 3 years of practical, hands-on work experience
- Good command of AutoCAD and SketchUp




- Comfortable speaking English, Bengali and Hindi, because you'll be talking to clients a lot
- Articulate, confident and friendly with people
- Basic know-how of using AI tools for architectural work

Brownie points if you have

- Prior experience with steel structures or LGSF
- A habit of using AI tools in your design workflow already

- Salary: Rs 25,000 to Rs 40,000 per month, depending on your working knowledge and experience
