We’re a fast-growing integrated consultancy based in Dubai, working across cost management, engineering, and sustainability. As we continue to grow, we’re also expanding our automation team and looking for a Junior AI Automation Engineer to help us rethink how we work through AI, automation and connected systems.

This isn’t a typical software role. You’ll be working on real business challenges, building practical automations, experimenting with AI agents, and connecting systems to make the way we work smarter and more efficient.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our teams and senior leadership, understand real operational challenges, and turn ideas into solutions that can actually be used.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with around 2 years of experience who is genuinely curious about AI, automation and how different systems can work together.

You don’t need to know everything. What matters is that you build, experiment, question and learn.

Must Have

- A genuine interest in MCP, AI agents and connecting systems together
- Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools
- Enough coding knowledge in Python or C# to read, understand and debug code generated by AI — and to recognise when it’s wrong
- Good understanding of APIs,



JSON and client-server communication
- A practical, systems-focused approach to solving problems

- Ability to work independently, experiment and turn ideas into working solutions

Nice to Have

- An MCP server, plugin or automation you have built yourself, even a small one
- Experience with Revit API, pyRevit, Dynamo, AutoLISP or AutoCAD .NET API
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power BI or similar automation platforms
- Exposure to the AEC / built workplace / engineering consultancy sector

- Experience integrating different software platforms or business systems
