Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting, banking, petty cash, documentation, and finance-related activities. Candidates with good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle petty cash transactions, maintain records in Excel, and update entries in Tally.

Manage day-to-day banking transactions and bank reconciliation.

Maintain and update PDC cheque records in Excel and Tally.

Pass accounting entries in Tally, including Contra, Payment, Receipt, Journal, Sales, Purchase, Credit Note, and Debit Note.

Maintain and organize financial records, documents, receipts, and payment records.

Verify and process cash and site-related payments with necessary supporting documents.

Track purchase invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely submission to Accounts.





Coordinate with Stores to track inward and outward materials for job work and maintain scrap-related records.

Assist with bank, audit, and tax-related activities as required.

Maintain proper filing, documentation, and retrieval of finance-related records.

Handle routine emails and telephone communication related to accounts.

Perform other accounts-related tasks assigned by the Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Valuable communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Freshers with an Accounts/Finance background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or project-based companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
