Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices within a supportive, growth-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Record Transactions: Post and process daily journal entries, bills, and payments.
- Manage Accounts: Track accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), issue invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Perform Reconciliations: Complete monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations to spot and fix errors.
- Support Financial Reporting: Help prepare balance sheets, TDS, GST Reconciliations, income statements, and weekly or monthly financial reports.
- Assist the Team: Support senior accountants and managers during month/quarter/year end closings and internal audits.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Entry-level to 2 year of general accounting or bookkeeping experience (often accepts internships).
- Software Skills:



High proficiency in common accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and good written and verbal communication.
