- ROC/MCA Filing:
- Prepare documentation, annual filings, and statutory forms required under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA / ROC V3 portal).
- Assist in drafting board resolutions, notices, minutes, and director-related compliance filings (DIR-3 KYC, AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.).
- Maintain and update secretarial registers and statutory company records.
- GST & Tax Filing:
- Prepare, reconcile, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9).
- Perform input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation against GSTR-2B.
- Assist with TDS computation, challan payments, and quarterly TDS return preparations.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for audit readiness and tax assessments.Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, BBA in Finance) or Corporate Secretaryship (B.Com CS / M.Com CS).
- Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of ROC/MCA compliance procedures,



GST filing mechanics, TDS, and double-entry accounting principles.
- Tools: Working familiarity with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Hands-on exposure to MCA/GST portals through internships or academic projects is a plus.
- Work Arrangement: Willingness to work 100% on-site from our office in Mandaveli, Chennai.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, proactive learner, and strong organizational skills.

Compensation & Advantages
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 / month (Negotiable based on academic background and practical knowledge)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Direct mentorship under experienced Chartered Accountants / Company Secretaries.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
