- · Manage and maintain petty cash and ensure proper recording of all petty cash transactions.·

- Handle customer payments, payment follow-ups, and payment records.·

- Prepare, issue, and maintain customer invoices accurately and on time.·

- Verify and record company expenses and ensure proper supporting documents are maintained.·

- Process and maintain expense claims, bills, and payment vouchers.·

- Reconcile customer payments with invoices and outstanding balances.·

- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.·

- Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding customer payments, invoices, and expenses.·

- Assist in preparing regular payment, expense, and outstanding reports.·

- Support the accounts team in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
