We are seeking a passionate fresher Urban Designer to join our team working on institutional campuses, urban infrastructure, master planning, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to concept design, site planning, master plan layouts, and detailed architectural drawings.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and PMC teams for integrated project delivery.

Handle statutory submissions (building permissions, fire, setting, etc.) and ensure compliance with NBC, DCR, and IS codes.

Prepare area programs, technical notes, reports, and presentations for clients and RFP responses.

Participate in meetings, manage drawing/document logs, and support end-to-end project execution.

Ability to multitask across multiple projects with strong time-management and organisational skills.

Skills Required

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with Revit/Rhino preferred.

Good understanding of development regulations, campus planning, and technical detailing.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive work approach.
