Instructional

Designer will support the design and development of learning experiences on Enthral’s unified skilling platform. This full time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves collaborating with senior instructional designers, subject matter experts, and product teams to translate business and learning objectives into engaging training content. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting basic needs analysis, helping create curricula and e-learning modules, organizing content for digital delivery, and ensuring materials align with instructional design best practices. The Jr.

Instructional

Designer will assist in managing learning assets within the platform, updating content based on feedback and performance data, and contributing to continuous improvement of training programs. The role also includes documenting design decisions, maintaining version control for learning materials, and supporting quality assurance for learning interventions.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Needs Analysis and Training & Development to understand learner requirements and align programs with organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create structured, learner-centered training content and pathways.
- Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management to organize, deploy, and track learning experiences within digital learning platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles, e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM/xAPI), and assessment design is beneficial.
- Strong written and visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; internships or project experience in L&D; or EdTech are an advantage.
- Familiarity with authoring tools (such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar), learning platforms, and basic data literacy for learning analytics will be beneficial.
