Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Junior Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, scheduling meetings, and supporting revenue growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, and outbound calling.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers to develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/business development team.
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM.
- Research market trends, competitors,



and target accounts.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and client presentations.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales activity targets.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and cold calling.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred
- Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or B2B Services is a plus.
- Familiarity with US clients or international business development is advantageous.
