Role Description This is a full-time, In-studio Architect role based in the Pune. The Jr. Architect will be working on large scale projects like Airports, transport systems, railways, and related public urban scale works. Projects also include narrative spaces for companies, cultural and social institutions which involve storey telling, interiors, interactive touch points and tech integration. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and specifications,



work in multidisciplinary teams.

The role involves participating in project reviews, resolving design issues, and integrating functional, aesthetic, and user-centric considerations into all deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, A final year architectural thesis done in large public infrastructure project is a positive beginning.
- Exposure to BIM, and modelling with advance tools like Rhino and parametric modelling. Should have very quick learning abilities.
- Demonstrate skills in managing graphic design tools with proficiency to augment architectural work with information design, visualisation.
- demonstrate meaningful and relevant usage of AI through project works.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and spatial design skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Interest in human-centered design, sustainability, and projects that serve the public good.
