About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in social media, sports, reels, photography, and short-form video content.
You will be responsible for assisting in planning, creating, shooting, and publishing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, photos, stories, and social media content.
- Assist in planning and executing daily/weekly content calendars.
- Visit sports venues and capture games, tournaments, events, coaching sessions, players, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and other short-form videos.
- Assist with photography and videography during events and promotional activities.
- Identify trending Reel formats, sounds, concepts, and social media trends relevant to the brand.
- Develop creative content ideas for Padel, Pickleball, Sports, Fitness, and Lifestyle.
- Coordinate with the marketing and venue teams to collect content on time.
- Assist in writing captions, hooks, and basic copy for social media posts.
- Maintain an organised library of photos, videos, and other content assets.
- Ensure content is aligned with the company's brand identity and quality standards.
- Support the team during shoots, campaigns, tournaments, launches, and other marketing activities.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing applications such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to work on multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to different sports venues in Mumbai when required.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in Content Creation / Social Media / Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with a solid portfolio or demonstrated content-creation skills may also apply.
- Candidates with an interest in sports, fitness, lifestyle, or entertainment content will be preferred.
- Should be energetic, confident, proactive, and comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Candidates who have created Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar content will have an added advantage.
Key Performance Areas (KRA)
- Number and quality of Reels/content pieces created.
- Timely execution of the monthly/weekly content calendar.
- Quality of video shooting and editing.
- Engagement and reach of social media content.
- Consistency in content production.
- Ability to identify and execute relevant trends quickly.
- Timely coordination with venues and internal teams.
- Development of fresh and creative content concepts.
