Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience in a creative agency.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to manage conversations across all our platforms.
- Ability to understand client requirements, translate them into clear briefs, and ensure accurate execution by internal teams.
- Experience in planning and managing content calendars, coordinating feedback, and ensuring timely approvals and delivery.
- Proficiency in social media management.
- Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Experience in documentation and project tracking, including maintaining trackers, approvals, and status updates.
- Ability to prepare structured plans for campaigns or shoots.




- Analytical approach to performance tracking, with the ability to derive insights and suggest improvements.
