Job Summary

Kiara Global Services is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in Flexible Packaging / Industrial Sales to drive new business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate should have a strong packaging industry network, proven experience in acquiring new accounts, and a consistent track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development and new account acquisition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities within the packaging industry.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain a strong customer network in the versatile packaging industry.
- Conduct customer meetings, negotiations, and business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.




- Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for account growth.

Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Adaptable Packaging / Industrial Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and new business development.
- Proven track record of new account acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong contacts and industry network in Mumbai / Maharashtra.
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Stable career background with relevant industry experience.
- MBA or IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) qualification is preferred.
