Production & Quality Monitoring

- Visit and monitor assigned vendor/job-work units daily.

- Ensure production follows approved specifications, samples, and SOPs.

- Conduct inline and end-line inspections during production.

- Verify fabric, trims, labels, and accessories before use.

Quality Inspection

- Check measurements, stitching, appearance, workmanship, packing, and labeling.

- Identify defects and ensure immediate corrective actions.

- Conduct AQL inspections before shipment.

- Approve or reject lots based on quality standards.

Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with vendor production teams to resolve quality issues.

- Train vendor operators and supervisors on quality requirements.

- Monitor vendor quality performance and defect trends.





Reporting

- Submit daily production and quality reports.

- Update inspection status, rework status, and shipment readiness.

- Escalate major quality concerns to QA Manager/Merchandiser.

Shipment Approval

- Verify packing, carton markings, assortment, and quantity.

- Ensure only approved goods are dispatched.

- Support customer and third-party inspections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
