Jewelry Designer | Heritage Fine Jewelry The House of Sunita Shekhawat | Jaipur The House of Sunita Shekhawat is looking for a Jewelry Designer to join our Jaipur Design Studio.

The House of Sunita Shekhawat is a heritage fine jewelry house, recognised for contemporary meenakari and coloured gemstone jewelry. We are looking for a designer who can develop original concepts and carry them through detailed design, CAD and production, with a strong understanding of kundan, polki and high-end jewelry.

Key Responsibolities

- Develop jewelry concepts aligned with the house aesthetic of kundan, polki and 18K high-end jewelry.
- Contribute to collection development from initial mood and references to a cohesive family of pieces.
- Produce detailed drawings with accurate proportions, stone placement and construction intent.
- Clearly specify settings, stone sizes and metalwork for CAD development.
- Work closely with the Design Head, CAD and production teams to take designs to sampling.
- Support design iterations, corrections, refinements and finish detailing during prototyping.
- Review samples against the original design and flag any deviations.
- Maintain organised and properly versioned design files.
- Research global high jewelry, leading luxury houses and contemporary design references.
- Build and maintain a relevant design reference library.

What We're Looking For

- 5 to 8 years of experience in jewelry design,



preferably in high jewelry or fine jewelry.
- Experience with kundan/jadau jewelry preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating jewelry that has gone into production.
- Strong understanding of jewelry structure, gemstone placement and production requirements.
- Strong in hand rendering and proficient in 2D design software such as CorelDRAW.
- Interest in global luxury houses, high jewelry and contemporary design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work through multiple design iterations.
- Jaipur-based candidates preferred, or candidates genuinely willing to relocate.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
