Position: Gold Expert
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Good knowledge of basic calculations
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Experience in the gold/jewellery industry will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers visiting the branch professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Perform accurate calculations related to gold transactions.
- Assist in gold evaluation and related branch activities.
- Maintain proper records and follow company procedures.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at the branch.
