About the Role

We are looking for highly creative and design-driven Jewellery Designers who can think beyond references and trends to build original, commercially relevant jewellery collections.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of form, proportion, materials,

craftsmanship, and storytelling, along with an understanding of how a creative idea translates into a technically feasible product.

We are looking for designers who can work across different metals, materials, categories,

and design languages and bring fresh perspectives to every collection.

Key Responsibilities

● Conceptualise and develop original jewellery collections across different metals and product categories.

● Build strong concepts, moodboards, stories, motifs, and design directions for current collections.

● Think beyond direct references and existing market designs to generate fresh and distinctive ideas.

● Translate concepts into clear hand sketches and digital illustrations.

● Develop designs using Procreate, CorelDRAW, and other relevant design tools.

● Understand the technical aspects of jewellery construction, including proportions, stone settings, mechanisms, wearability, weight, finishing, and production feasibility.

● Demonstrate strong material knowledge, including different metals, gemstones, diamonds, finishes, plating techniques, and other jewellery materials.

● Work closely with CAD, product development, sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to convert concepts into finished products.

● Research global jewellery, fashion, art, architecture, culture, materials, techniques, and consumer trends to discover new directions for design.

● Develop designs that balance creativity, functionality, commercial relevance, and brand language.





● Participate in design reviews and confidently present the thought process and story behind each collection.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in designers who:

● Are extremely creative, curious, and idea-driven.

● Have a strong aesthetic sense and an eye for detail.

● Can create collections rather than only individual designs.

● Understand both the creative and technical sides of jewellery design.

● Have strong sketching and visualisation abilities.

● Are proficient in Procreate and CorelDRAW.

● Have a good understanding of jewellery materials and manufacturing.

● Can research deeply and turn inspiration into an original design language, rather than simply replicating references.

● Are comfortable experimenting with different metals, materials, forms, techniques, and categories.

● Can take feedback positively and develop concepts through multiple iterations.

Education

Graduates from reputed design institutes are preferred, including:

NIFT | NID | Pearl Academy | UID | Parul University | SOFT

Candidates from other institutes with an exceptional jewellery/design portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

0–3 years of relevant design experience

Fresh graduates with a particularly strong portfolio, conceptual thinking, and technical understanding will also be considered.

Portfolio Requirement A portfolio is mandatory and should ideally demonstrate:

● Original jewellery concepts and collections

● Strong hand sketching and digital illustration

● Concept and moodboard development

● Design process from inspiration to final product

● Material and technical understanding

● Experimentation with forms, techniques, and design languages

● Evidence of original thinking rather than primarily reference-led designs

We are hiring 4–5 designers and are looking for individuals who can bring strong creative thinking, fresh perspectives, and original ideas to the team.
