Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Software Developer role based in Vadodara.

The Java Software

Developer will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, working closely with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement scalable solutions. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and productive code, building and integrating microservices, using the Spring Framework for backend development, and troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and collaborating in agile team activities such as sprint planning and stand-ups.





The developer is expected to follow best practices, ensure code quality, and support deployment and maintenance activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core Java and general Programming skills for building reliable applications.
- A familiarity with kotlin is a big plus.
- Desirable to have experience with at least one ide - netbeans or intellij
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of enterprise solutions.
- Practical knowledge of the Spring Framework for creating robust backend services and APIs.
- Experience working with Microservices architectures, including service integration and scalability considerations.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (MySQL/NoSQL), and version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective technical solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern development tools (build tools, CI/CD) is an advantage.
