Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java Microservices and SpringBoot to design and develop scalable backend services within the Java Microservices Backend skill cluster
- Develop and maintain high performance backend services using Java SpringBoot and Microservices architecture Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design scalable and secure cloud native solutions Implement best practices for coding testing and deployment to ensure high quality deliverables Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements to enhance system capabilities Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to backend services and integrations Ensure seamless integration of microservices with other system components and APIs Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in code reviews documentation and knowledge sharing
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and SpringBoot
- Collaborate with product UX DevOps and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Drive sprint planning backlog grooming and delivery tracking to ensure timely project execution
- Perform thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards focusing on security scalability and reliability
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical growth and best practices
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks technical debt and capacity constraints
- Embed operational excellence by implementing monitoring logging and error handling
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders translating technical concepts into explicit updates
- Promote a culture of learning experimentation and continuous improvement within the team
