Java Fullstack Technical lead Area(s) of responsibility Java Fullstack Developer : Hands-on development and support of enterprise web applications using Java, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, and Oracle Database. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure business applications. Develop energetic user interfaces using JSP, HTML, and JavaScript, Angular based on business requirements.

Build and maintain backend components using Java and Maven development frameworks. Develop and optimize database objects, SQL queries, and stored procedures within Oracle Database. Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance on development standards, coding practices, and solution architecture.

Perform code reviews and ensure deliverables meet quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards. Collaborate with business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Support estimation, impact analysis, sprint planning, defect resolution, and production support activities.

Mentor junior developers and coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
