About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, SQL, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while building robust backend services and APIs. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven software solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring technologies.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
- Implement secure application architectures using Spring Security.
- Develop and maintain database-driven applications using Hibernate, JPA, and relational databases.
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and develop reusable components, frameworks, and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, and release activities.




- Support production environments and resolve critical application issues.
- Participate in architectural discussions and recommend technology improvements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5-7 years of experience in Java application development and enterprise software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, including OOP concepts, Collections Framework, Exception Handling, Multithreading, Concurrency, and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications.
- Expertise in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Strong SQL skills including query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, normalization, and database performance tuning.
- Experience with ORM frameworks and transaction management.
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture, API Design, Service Discovery, and Fault-Tolerant Systems.
- Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and software configuration management.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.




- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
