Role Overview

Iron Mountain is looking for a skilled Java Architect to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and application modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based applications.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture, including application, integration, and data architecture.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Develop and manage Microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.




- Ensure application scalability, reliability, availability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive cloud adoption and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS/GCP.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
- Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation strategies.
