About the Role

Learnet Skills Limited, a leading skill development organization, is looking for passionate and qualified Japanese Language Trainers. You will deliver high-quality language training and prepare candidates for international career opportunities.

If you have robust Japanese proficiency and a talent for engaging and motivating learners, and you want your teaching to lead to real global placements, this role is for you.

Eligibility Criteria

- JLPT N3 certified with a minimum of 1 year of teaching/training experience, OR
- JLPT N2 certified with a minimum of 6 months of teaching/training experience
- Prior experience in Japanese language training is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Japanese language training sessions for students and candidates
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and evaluations
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports
- Ensure timely completion of language proficiency milestones




- Coordinate with the Academic and Head Office teams for smooth program implementation
- Mentor students on language and cultural readiness
- Support learners in achieving JLPT and international placement requirements

- Classroom management and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor learners
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools
- Good organizational and reporting skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
