We are seeking an experienced Ivalua Consultant to join our team and drive the implementation, optimization, and support of Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, Ivalua configuration, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of Ivalua solutions, aligning with client requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Configure and customize Ivalua modules (e.g., Supplier Management, Contract Management, Procurement, Invoice Management) to meet client-specific needs.
- Provide expert guidance on Ivalua functionalities and features to optimize procurement workflows and improve efficiency.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions during and after implementation.




- Facilitate user training sessions and create detailed documentation to ensure successful adoption.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on Ivalua platform developments and industry trends to provide creative solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Ivalua solutions.
- Strong understanding of procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.
- Proficiency in Ivalua configuration, workflow design, and integration with other systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
