We are looking for a skilled and experienced ITI Fitter to join our Facility Management team at Sutrapada. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, inspection, repair, and servicing of mechanical equipment and systems at the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical systems.
- Perform fitting, alignment, assembly, dismantling, and installation activities.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of mechanical issues.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Identify mechanical faults and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and breakdowns.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and company SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and facility standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and facility management team for smooth operations.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards in the work area.
Candidate Profile
- ITI qualification in Fitter trade is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in maintenance/facility management.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and fitting work.
- Good knowledge of tools, equipment, and basic mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.
- Robust focus on safety, discipline, and preventive maintenance.
