Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day technical support and IT infrastructure operations.

Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, access points, LAN/WAN, and network devices.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime and reliability.

Manage technical escalations and provide timely resolution to customers/users.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Maintain technical documentation, service reports, and support records.

Lead and guide the technical support team and ensure SLA adherence.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Technical Support / Network Support / IT Infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routers, Switches, and Wi-Fi.

Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of networking equipment.

Positive understanding of network security and basic firewall concepts.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA/Network+ will be an added advantage.
