Florida Consulting Pvt Ltd is hiring an IT Support Specialist to look after our systems, network, and day-to-day tech needs. You'll be the first point of contact for our team's IT issues and will help us keep everything secure and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Provide hardware, software, email, and network support to employees

- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other equipment

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and cloud tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)

- Maintain the office network, Wi-Fi, firewall, and VPN

- Run regular data backups and follow security best practices

- Track IT assets and coordinate with vendors for repairs and purchases

- Document issues, fixes, and IT procedures

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration

- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS

- Understanding of networking basics (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

- Fluent in English and Hindi

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
