Cyvents Technologies is looking for an IT Support Executive to support our software products by testing applications, identifying errors, assisting in troubleshooting, and providing customers with guidance on the proper use of our software.

Key Responsibilities

- Test developed software and verify that all features and functions are working correctly.

- Perform functional testing of software applications and identify bugs, errors, and unexpected behaviour.

- Test different workflows and user scenarios to ensure smooth software operation.

- Report identified issues clearly to the development team and follow up until they are resolved.

- Assist customers in understanding and using the software effectively.

- Provide customers with basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

- Explain software features, functions, and workflows to customers when required.

- Identify and understand customer-reported issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.

- Maintain records of reported issues, testing results,



and customer support activities.

- Assist with software installation, configuration, updates, and basic troubleshooting when required.

- Support software demonstrations and basic user training for customers.

- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate development or technical team.

- Maintain good communication with customers and provide timely updates regarding reported issues.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of software testing and QA concepts.

- Understanding of web applications and desktop applications.

- Basic knowledge of databases/SQL is an advantage.

- Familiarity with bug tracking or issue reporting tools is an advantage.

- Previous experience in software support, testing, or customer support is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
