Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily IT operations and provide technical support to hotel departments.

- Maintain computers, printers, servers, network equipment, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and other IT systems.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

- Support hotel systems such as PMS, POS, key-card systems, telephone/PBX, and guest Wi-Fi.

- Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, backups, and system availability.

- Manage user accounts, access permissions, passwords, and basic IT security.

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripheral devices.

- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

- Maintain IT asset inventory and keep records of equipment and licenses.





- Implement regular data backup and basic disaster-recovery procedures.

- Ensure IT systems comply with hotel policies and security standards.

- Train hotel employees on basic IT systems and cybersecurity awareness.

- Respond promptly to IT incidents and minimize downtime.

- Prepare IT reports and escalate major technical issues to the IT Manager.

- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and current technology installations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
