We are looking for an experienced IT SAM Engineer based in Pune / Bangalore .

Key skills :
- 3+ years of SAM experience including exposure to license tracking, renewals, or software request handling.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow SAM module — able to create software models, entitlements, and run license reconciliation.
- Solid grasp of core software licensing concepts — license types, installation/uninstallation, and the distinction between a license, an entitlement, and an installation.
- Valuable Awareness of common software publishers (Microsoft, Adobe, Atlassian) and an understanding of software subscription and renewal models.
