We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, promoting our IT products and services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain our IT products and services to clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients during the sales process.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products/services.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Prior experience in IT sales/business development will be an advantage.
