Position: IT Sales Executive – Inside Sales

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + Performance Incentives

Work Mode: Onsite

Field Visit: No Field Work Required

Experience: 0–2 Years | Freshers can apply

As an IT Sales Executive, you will handle inside sales, lead generation, customer calling, follow-ups, product/service pitching, and lead conversion from our Ranchi office.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound & outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate, qualify and follow up with sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable IT/technology solutions.
- Convert leads into business opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through Calls, WhatsApp & Email.
- Coordinate with IT, Technical & Operations teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain sales records, pipeline and daily activity reports.
- Build professional relationships with prospects and customers.

Who Can Apply? 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience with good communication skills are welcome

1–2 years' experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Business Development / BDE





Good Hindi & English communication

Confident on phone calls

Target-oriented and comfortable with follow-ups

Candidates from Ranchi and nearby areas preferred
