About the Role

Kanban Infosystem is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role is suitable for freshers who are interested in IT recruitment, talent acquisition and HR and want to build a career in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases,



trackers and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
- Robust willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,193.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
