Key Responsibilities Find Talent: Search for active and passive job seekers using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

Partner with Managers: Meet with hiring managers to learn about open roles and required skills.

Screen Candidates: Read resumes, review applications, and lead phone or video interviews.

Manage Interviews: Schedule meetings between candidates and hiring teams.

Make Offers:



Talk about salary and job offers to close candidates successfully.

Keep Records: Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or human resources.

Communication: Strong speaking and listening skills to talk with job seekers and managers.

Organization: Ability to handle multiple job openings and manage time well.

Tech Skills: Know how to use job search tools, social media platforms, and an ATS.

Education: Bachelor’s degree
