Key Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or Human Resources.
- 0–1 year of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
- Ability to understand and analyze IT job descriptions.
- Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
- Candidate follow-up and interview scheduling.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Positive candidate engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
- Good time management and follow-up skills.
